Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.

Purchases

New credit purchases are not open. No credit pack or subscription is currently being offered.

Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the credits after review.

Requesting help and legal rights

If you are not satisfied, email support@uptownfunkai.best with the order ID, video ID and a description of the issue. Do not send card details. Quality claims are reviewed individually; we do not promise an identical recreation or a refund for every subjective preference. Mandatory consumer rights apply even where this policy is narrower.
